I am fully independent! No company is sponsoring me to talk about their product.
Beelink Mini PC
This has been my main computer for a couple of years, and it works quite well. It came pre-installed with Windows 11, but I switched it over to a Linux distribution. However, it occasionally refuses to boot up, which requires me to unplug and plug it back in. It’s the device I used to write this webpage.
Additional Notes
I’m currently using NixOS on it. I’ve distrohopped a lot.
It's a bit sensitive when locking up from physical force.
OnePlus Pad 2
The OnePlus Pad 2 is great for digital drawing. Its screen is big, vibrant, and durable; I have not noticed a single scratch in my months of using it. I also have the magnetic keyboard, but it’s nothing fancy or notable. The keyboard is always-on, so I have to disable the Bluetooth connection from my tablet to disable it.
I heard there is now a OnePlus Pad 3; I’m perfectly happy with this model currently so I’m not going to get it right away.
Additional Notes
The camera’s alright.
The tablet turns itself on if there’s an alarm set, which I’ve never seen before.
OnePlus Buds 3
After using the OnePlus Pad 2 for a while, I wanted another product from the OnePlus family, so I bought the OnePlus Buds 3. The noise cancellation is good. As someone who has had trouble with fitting in earbuds, these ones are fine, though if I start smiling they start to fall out. They also automatically pause the music you’re listening to if they detect that you took one of the buds off. It seemed too sensitive at first but I got used to it over time.
Moto G Play
The Moto G Play is a good budget smartphone. There’s no fancy features, it just works. I have had mine for around a year and it has accumlated some moderate scratches on the screen.
Nintendo Switch 2
(Still being assessed).
